The Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Please securely package the item in its original box, placing that box inside a larger shipping carton for added protection during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to return the item, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Procedures and Exchanges
